• Minimum 1 year experience as a Retail Supervisor, ideally in a standalone store.
• Experience in the Health & Beauty industry.
• Ability to inspire and train others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the store with the Store Manager.
• Drive sales and achieve company KPIs.
• Organize in-store events and partnership initiatives.
• Recruit and mentor team members.
