A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a proven senior leader to join Voyage Care, a sector leading specialist care provider. As Managing Director, you will be a key member of our senior leadership team reporting directly into the Chief Operating Officer. This is a specialised leadership role with strategic responsibility for driving our ambitious growth strategy, expanding and enhancing neurological services that make a real difference to people’s lives.

• Voyage Care is investing in significant growth of its neurological services, encompassing acquired brain injury and neuro‑behavioural services as well as services supporting those with progressive neurological conditions, creating a dynamic environment that values innovation and vision.
• You’ll lead a stable operational management team, supporting registered care services for individuals with complex needs.
