Team Leader – Folkestone – £13.37 per hour.

As a Team Leader you will help people gain more independence in their daily lives and support the Manager in day‑to‑day supervision and management of the service. Your duties include:

• Allocating shifts and booking training.
• Inducting new colleagues and conducting supervision and appraisals.
• Developing and updating care plans and ordering medication.
• Ensuring people we support are assisted in managing their finances.
• Day‑to‑day management of the service in the Manager’s absence.

We’re looking for a Team Leader with the right experience and values:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification.
• Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours.
