Job summary
A prominent theatrical company in Leeds is seeking an experienced Stage Technician to support the presentation of staging elements across various productions and events. The ideal candidate will handle tasks such as scenery maintenance, flying, rigging, and transport loading while promoting a safe, efficient, and engaging workplace. This role requires strong practical skills and a commitment to exceptional theatrical presentations.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Stage Technician or similar role.
- Strong skills in scenery handling and maintenance.
- Knowledge of flying, rigging, and transport loading.
Responsibilities
- Support the presentation of staging elements in productions.
- Maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

The role focuses on supporting the highest quality presentation of staging elements across productions, events, and projects, while maintaining an efficient, safe, and positive working environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for practical stage department tasks, including scenery handling and maintenance, flying, rigging, and transport loading, with a key emphasis on creating a sustainable and engaging workplace culture that ensures exceptional theatrical presentations.
