You’ll not just be supporting a department; you’ll be an essential collaborator driving our thriving Engineering, Design Technology, and Food curricula. Working closely with the Director of Learning, your mission will be to ensure our lessons are seamless, safe, and truly inspiring.

Responsibilities
  • Prep Master: Technical wizard, preparing all materials and equipment before lessons.
  • Workshop Guardian: Full ownership of workshop and machinery, overseeing cleaning, maintenance and ensuring equipment is in peak order.
  • Safety Champion: Maintain impeccable standards, keep Health & Safety procedures current, conduct risk assessments.
  • Go‑To Expert: Manage stock inventories, support students during practical lessons, deliver dynamic, small‑group demonstrations on safe use of specialist equipment.
