Qualifications
- Must have right to work in the UK.
- Experience in training and inducting colleagues.
- Understanding of COSHH and Health & Safety compliance.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients/managers on site.
- Coordinate a team while performing core cleaning duties.
- Support the manager with training new staff.

Are you passionate about maintaining cleanliness and ensuring impeccable standards in a busy site?
As a Cleaning Supervisor you will oversee the effective supervisory and safety concerns when it comes to daily operations on site within the cleaning team.
- To be the clients/Managers main point of contact on site
- To co-ordinate and drive a team on site, whilst completing core cleaning duties with the team
- To support the manager with the training and induction of new staff, and the completion of training records
- To lead by example when completing task, following the safe systems of work and method statements
- Must have right to work in the UK
- To have demonstratable people skills or experience co-ordinating a team
- Experience cleaning in a similar environment or transferable skills, knowledge, and understanding
- Understanding of COSHH and H&S compliance on similar sites/environments
- Experience in training and inducting colleagues
