We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Level Chartered Building Surveyor to join our established L&I Technical Due Diligence & Commercial Building Surveying team. The core responsibilities will largely relate to commercial building surveying with a varied workload including professional and technical advisory. The successful candidate will be expected to be technically excellent and have a broad range of experience of commercial surveying / consultancy. Additionally, the candidate should be able to commission manage multiple instructions. The job will involve a mixed and varied workload with often the need to balance a number of different instructions simultaneously. The candidate will largely be focused on service delivery, often working as part of a larger commission team and supporting to achieve exceptional outcomes for our clients. The candidate should be confident in dealing directly with the client. The candidate will be required to manage their time effectively to meet deadlines and ensuring time expended aligns with the cost forecast to ensure profitability of instructions, (financial performance responsibility).
