Qualifications

• Recent graduates with RICS accredited BSc course and minimum grade 2:1.
• Ability to confidently interact with clients and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced surveyors on Project Management/Contract Administration.
• Carry out inspections and prepare work specifications.
• Support with pre-acquisition surveys of various properties.

Skills

Good understanding of preparing specifications

An understanding of preparing planned maintenance schedules

Knowledge of building pathology and relevant legislation

Understanding of health and safety regulations

IT literate in MS programs

Strong organisation skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Willingness to develop career
