Qualifications

• Registered with the Building Safety Regulator as a Class 2a Building Inspector.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Building Control section.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

• Assess plans for Building Regulations compliance.
• Inspect construction projects and maintain inspection records.
• Provide advice to the public and other professionals.
