• Experienced Building Surveyor with excellent knowledge of surveying principles.
• Project management experience, able to oversee claims from initiation to settlement.
• Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and tight schedules.

• Carry out detailed defect diagnosis surveys.
• Prepare costed schedules of works.
• Oversee repair projects management.
