About The Role: We’re looking for a Spa Therapist to join our team. You should be someone who loves talking to people over the phone and face to face as you'll work in treatments as well as on our reception desk, with a desire for providing excellent customer service and want to be part of a successful Ocean Spa team. You will form part of an amazing therapist team, dedicated to providing a great experience to our guests. You should have a passion for professional standards with an eye for detail and take pride in the environment you work in. This role covers all aspects of our Ocean Spa from delivering our wide range of treatments from our product house Thalgo and taking care of our wet spa experience, ensuring our guests are comfortable and cared for during their time with us.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a wide range of treatments from the Thalgo product house.
• Take care of the wet spa experience and ensure guests are comfortable and cared for.
• Provide excellent customer service on reception and in treatment rooms.
• Work across treatments and reception duties as part of the Ocean Spa team.

We're looking for someone with a passion for high standards who thrives in a fast-paced Spa environment. You should enjoy working in a team and have a great 'get stuck in' attitude. You should hold a Level 3 qualification in beauty, massage, holistic therapy or equivalent and like variety in your day-to-day.

Our opening hours are 9am-6pm, or 10am-7pm, including weekends and bank holidays. This role typically covers 35 hours per week, and live in accommodation may be provided if relocating to the area.
