About The Role

Spa Therapist

£12.50 ph / 16 hours.
Permanent position.
Malmaison Manchester.

You will be required to maintain and develop client relationships and deliver levels of service that consistently exceed the expectations of our guests. As a Spa Therapist you will be passionate about delivering treatments and amazing hospitality to our clients. You will be keen to learn about our Templespa products and experience in a high end Spa.

Main Duties

• Carrying out a range of Templespa treatments to a high standard.
• Maintain the standards of the Spa by supervising the team.
• Welcoming clients into the Spa for their treatments in a 5* manner.
• Booking in clients on Spa computer system and taking phone calls.
• Achieving retail targets.
• Building a regular client base.
• Ensuring treatment rooms and the Spa are kept clean and tidy to a high standard.
