Job summary
A dairy processing company in Northern Ireland is seeking a Team Leader for its Artigarvan site. The successful candidate will ensure high performance in effluent treatment processes while promoting safety and compliance standards. Key responsibilities include managing resources effectively, overseeing team performance, and maintaining compliance with environmental standards. Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of Health and Safety principles. This role entails day and night shift work on a rotational schedule.
Qualifications
- Previous Team Leader/Supervisory level experience in manufacturing/production.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety principles.
- Ability to make confident decisions.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Health & Safety and Environmental standards are maintained.
- Manage resources efficiently to achieve performance targets.
- Provide performance updates to the supervisor.
