A well-established organisation in Ashford is seeking a French Speaking Customer Service Supervisor on a fixed-term contract. The role involves leading a customer service team, ensuring top service levels, and training new employees. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a customer service team.
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings for coaching.
- Ensure health and safety compliance in the department.

- Maintain accurate records and internal procedures.
- Liaise with Sales, Logistics, and Finance for service continuity.
