Lead Learning Support AssistantWe are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Lead Learning Support Assistant to join our team and help drive inclusive practice across our educational setting. This is a key role supporting learners with a range of additional needs and ensuring that every learner has access to the support they need to thrive.Working under the direction of the SENCo, you will be responsible for coordinating learning support provision, ensuring effective communication between staff, learners, families and external partners. You will also act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing a responsive and professional interface for all support-related matters.In addition, you will serve as a line manager, coach and mentor for Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), offering training, guidance, and day-to-day support to build their confidence and capacity in delivering high-quality assistance.**Key Responsibilities:**• Support the SENCo in implementing and monitoring inclusive support strategies.• Act as the primary contact for staff, families, and external professionals.• Mentor and coach LSAs to promote professional growth and effective practice.• Coordinate and evaluate support interventions to ensure positive outcomes.• Promote a culture of inclusion and high expectations for all learners.**Essential Skills and Experience:**• Experience working in a learning support or inclusion role.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.• Ability to lead, support and develop a team.• Understanding of inclusive education and safeguarding practices.**What we offer:**Our team are important to us, and we offer a wide range of benefits to recognise the hard work put into supporting our learners.
