This role is suitable for someone with a couple of years of experience, blending people operations, employee experience, office coordination, and early-stage business partnering.**Core Responsibilities:****Global Support for Revenue/GTM HRBPs:*** Provide support to global HRBPs, including data pulls, action tracking, and program coordination* Partner with People Analytics to create dashboards and insights, translating people data into actionable insights and recommendations to share with the business* Support execution of People Programs, such as performance reviews and compensation reviews* Conduct exit interviews for employees, identifying feedback trends to share with HRBPs**People Operations & Admin:*** Maintain and update Workday with accurate employee data* Support Total Rewards in benefits administration in the UK and other EMEA countries* Maintain the Employee Engagement platform (Workleap) for global Revenue teams* Support People Operations on People policies and documentation across EMEA* Roll out and adapt global People Experience programs, events, and gifting to local or business requirements* Provide country-specific onboarding information, including local policies, time off entitlements, and benefits**Employee Relations & Early-Stage Business Partnering:*** Liaise with legal counsel, manage less complex ER cases and support HRBPs in more complex cases across EMEA* Provide early stage business partnering support to Team Leads/Managers as you learn from HRBPs* Support change management initiatives and communication planning* Gain increasing ownership of business partnering responsibilities as skills and experience grow**London Office & Employee Experience:*** Serve as the onsite People presence in London, supporting culture and everyday employee needs* Champion a culture of inclusion, belonging, and high performance* Build and run the local onboarding process for UK new hires in partnership with the People Experience team* Coordinate onsite activities or team-building events aligned to the global People Experience program* Act as the local point of contact to support the facilitation of onsite meetings and QBRs* Handle ad hoc office administrative responsibilities**Minimum Requirements:*** 3+ years of professional experience in an HR, People Operations or Admin role* Available to work in the London office 2 days per week* Strong proficiency in G-Suite* Proven ability to handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate employee data, ideally with experience using an HRIS (e.g., Workday).* Data Literacy: Comfortable with pulling basic reports, tracking actions, and showing a keen interest in learning to translate people data into actionable insights* Basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and core HR functions across the employee lifecycle* An understanding of employment law and regulations in EMEA, especially the UK* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities* High level of honesty, integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism* Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust quickly with people at all levels and a collaborative mindset for working with other teams* Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to help address employee queries and preliminary ER issues* A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to be flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced, agile environment* Global Exposure & Impact: Work for a truly global company where you have the opportunity to make a real impact on our growing GTM functions* International Experience: Support our HRBPs across EMEA, APAC, and AMER, providing a unique chance to work with different countries and gain invaluable global experience.* Career Launchpad: This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow, gaining increased exposure to core HRBP duties* Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a highly collaborative team, with the chance to be involved in various global projects as we continue to scale### **The Longer Story:**OutSystems enables enterprise teams to build AI-powered applications and agents that reduce manual work, streamline internal operations, and accelerate impact.
