A leading renewable energy company in Glasgow seeks a Software Support Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term position. This role focuses on supporting software management of wind, solar, and energy storage facilities globally, providing user support, and contributing to the flagship SMART product development. Ideal candidates will possess a degree or relevant experience, with skills in Azure technologies and strong communication abilities. - Relevant experience in application support, IT, or QA.
- Ability to integrate with an existing international team.
- Experience with Azure IoT Hub and Edge technologies preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead a software team to establish products based on in-house software.
- Provide Tier 1 user support through various channels.
- Conduct data analysis and troubleshoot network/server issues.
- Manage onboarding of new sites into the SMART application suite.
- Create user training materials and conduct training sessions.
