Qualifications

• Relevant experience in application support, IT, or QA.
• Ability to integrate with an existing international team.
• Experience with Azure IoT Hub and Edge technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a software team to establish products based on in-house software.
• Provide Tier 1 user support through various channels.
• Conduct data analysis and troubleshoot network/server issues.
• Manage onboarding of new sites into the SMART application suite.
• Create user training materials and conduct training sessions.
