• Experience maintaining laptop estate using endpoint management software.
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks.
• Experience working independently on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and updates of IT estate.
• Provide technical support to end users.
• Manage user accounts for internal and external systems.
• Support meeting rooms and AV equipment.
• Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues.
