• Excellent understanding of Azure AD and Exchange Online.
• Familiarity with security tools and network fundamentals.
• Experience in supporting ERP systems and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support and troubleshoot complex IT issues.
• Maintain and support systems such as Active Directory, Azure, and Exchange 365.
• Contribute to IT security and stability through support of cybersecurity tools.
• Act as a mentor and document best practices to build team knowledge.
