Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant enterprise IT support and systems administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to end users.
• Log, categorize, prioritize incidents and service requests.
• Deliver day-to-day on-site IT support for office users.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
• Manage desktop devices, printers, servers, and IT assets.
• Administer Active Directory and user access.
• Support and monitor server infrastructure and network systems.

Skills

Windows operating systems expertise

Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)

ITSM tools experience

Active Directory management

VMware or Microsoft Hyper-V experience

PGP encryption technologies

Endpoint security knowledge

ISO/IEC 27001 familiarity

Hardware & software lifecycle management
