With a warm and professional approach, you’ll assist guests, handle requests efficiently, and provide attentive service from breakfast through to dinner. Your strong communication skills and passion for great food and drink will shine as you confidently upsell menu items, wines, and hotel amenities. As a General Assistant you will also be expected to assist in other departments - Reception, Housekeeping as and when required. Prior experience is an advantage, but a can‑do attitude and commitment to outstanding service are what truly matter.
