As a Dining Room Manager at Crerar Hotels, you’ll take full responsibility for overseeing all food and beverage operations within the hotel, ensuring high standards and a seamless guest experience. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role, requiring strong leadership, organisation, and administrative skills. Serving breakfast and dinner, taking orders and payments etc. Working closely with the Manager, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our food and beverage offering and attending Head of Department meetings. If you’re driven, adaptable, and ready to lead by example, we’d love to hear from you. Live-In available.
