As a Food & Beverage Manager at Crerar Hotels, you’ll take full responsibility for overseeing all food and beverage operations within the hotel, ensuring high standards and a seamless guest experience. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role, requiring strong leadership, organisation, and administrative skills. You’ll manage staff rotas, people development, revenue tracking, and stock control, all while maintaining operational efficiency. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our food and beverage offering and attending Head of Department meetings.
