You’ll provide training and development opportunities, resolve customer complaints promptly, and suggest improvements to products and systems. With accountability for budgeting, stock control, and supplier relationships, you’ll ensure the operation remains profitable and in line with company objectives. Your role will also include organising promotional activities and ensuring team compliance with policies and legislation. Flexibility to cover duty management is also part of the role, making it a dynamic and rewarding position.
