Qualifications

• Experience as a concierge is a plus, but a strong customer service or security background is equally valued.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Health & safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
• A positive, can-do attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle responsibilities with care.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home.
• Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies.
• Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV.
• Handle and record deliveries for residents.
• Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.
• Inspect for health and safety hazards on patrol.
• Offer advice and recommendations about the local area.
• Act as first responders to the swimming pool area in an emergency.
