Qualifications

• Health & safety qualifications advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors warmly and assist with queries.
• Address issues promptly, escalating concerns as needed.
• Conduct regular site walk-arounds and monitor building safety.
• Handle and record deliveries for residents.
• Maintain presentation of the concierge area and lobby.
• Assist with health and safety checks on site patrol.
• Offer local area recommendations to enhance residents' experience.
