• Positive, can-do attitude with attention to detail.
• Health & safety qualifications advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors, assist with queries and maintenance requests.
• Address issues promptly and escalate concerns as needed.
• Conduct site walk-arounds and monitor CCTV for safety.
• Handle deliveries and maintain the concierge area presentation.
• Report H&S hazards during site patrol and assist with safety checks.
