Qualifications

• Experience as a concierge is a plus, but strong customer service or security background is valued.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Health & safety qualifications advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors, handling queries and maintenance requests.
• Address issues promptly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular site check and monitor CCTV.
• Handle and record deliveries for residents.
• Maintain presentation of the concierge area.
• Check for H&S hazards during patrols.
• Offer local area advice to enhance residents’ experience.
