Purpose of the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive, and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO and Chair of the Board of Directors at Worcestershire County Cricket Club. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office, managing day-to-day responsibilities and facilitating high-level decision-making

Person Specification: It is expected that the successful candidate will possess the following:
Experience: Previous experience as an executive assistant is essential, with experience supporting C-suite executives preferred.
Skills: Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and professionalism. High level of discretion and professionalism, with demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Flexibility and adaptability to changing demands in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

You will need to have the Right to Work in the UK or be able to obtain this by the start date. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
This is a part time role working 16 hours per week. Ideally, this would be over 4 mornings each week. This role is office based. The exact times of work can be varied depending on the candidate and needs of the business, but the Executive Assistant must be available to take minutes at the Club board meeting, held once per month and usually on a Monday afternoon. This role will include working some occasional evenings and weekends during the busy Cricket season. The salary for this role is £13,000 per annum.
