Job Title: Seasonal Grounds Person
Reporting to: Head Grounds Person
Location: Worcestershire County Cricket Club, New Road, Worcester, WR2 4QQ and Kidderminster Cricket Club, Chester Road, Kidderminster, DY10 1TH
Contract term: Full time, fixed term for 6 months from April to September 2026

Purpose of the Role: We are currently looking to recruit two Seasonal Grounds-people to work as part of a small team for the duration of the 2026 Cricket season. A key element of the role will be supporting the Head Grounds Person and the other members of the Grounds Department in preparing playing surfaces, practice areas and outfields of the highest quality at our iconic New Road ground and at Kidderminster Cricket Club, in the event of flooding at New Road.

Hours, benefits and salary: This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week over 5 days. This will include working some evenings and weekends. The salary for this role is £13,250.
