Job Title: Performance Analyst - 2nd XI and Academy
Reporting to: 1st XI Performance Analyst
Location: Worcestershire County Cricket Club, New Road, Worcester, WR2 4QQ
Contract term: April to September 2026, 6 month part time casual arrangement

Purpose of the Role: Worcestershire County Cricket Club is looking to appoint a 2nd XI & Academy Performance Analyst to join the Performance Analysis Team in the Elite Cricket Department. The successful candidate will lead on the set up, filming, coding and analysis of all home 2nd XI fixtures, while supporting us deliver our vision of being the premier destination for live sport, entertainment and hospitality in Worcestershire.
Safeguarding This role may involve training, supervising, working with and/or being in sole charge of children and young people. The successful applicant will therefore be required to apply for an enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service. A disclosure is an impartial and confidential document that details an individual’s criminal record and where appropriate gives details of those who are banned from working with children. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.

Hours & Rate of Pay: This role is for the 2026 Cricket season and is due to start in April 2026.
