Qualifications

  • Experience in account management, customer success, or sales within software/SaaS.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with an interest in customer needs.
  • Confidence in presenting and negotiating solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and managing a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams.
  • Manage contract renewals and strategic account plans.
