Sous Chef – Guinness New Opening

Location: Covent Garden, London

Working Pattern: 5 over 7, 40 hours per week – 8am to 3pm, 9am to 5pm, 4pm to 11pm

Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 per annum depending on experience

Picture this: a beautifully designed courtyard space where meticulous detail meets genuine Irish hospitality. It's going to be something truly special.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs
  • To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
  • To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ‘picture perfect’ every time
  • To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
  • To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and
    order necessary ingredients
