Qualifications

• Strong recent experience using Sage Accounts, including administrative functions.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and ideally Microsoft Teams.
• Understanding of GDPR and basic IT security responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Process sales invoices, receipts, and data entry into Sage Accounts.
• Respond to customer billing queries.
• Manage monthly customer direct debit processes.
• Code, check, and arrange payment of purchase invoices.
• Complete VAT returns and submissions.
