A leading sales company located in Bury is seeking confident individuals to join their fast-paced telephone-based sales team. The role involves managing B2B accounts, making a high volume of outbound calls, and providing after-sales support. No prior industry experience needed, as full training will be provided. Hours: Monday to Friday (flexible office hours)
Salary: £25,000–£27,000 (DOE) + uncapped commission, OTE: Year 1: £35,000+ | Year 2: £45,000+
We’re looking for confident, driven individuals to join our fast-paced telephone-based sales team. You’ll manage and develop B2B customer accounts through a mix of inbound and outbound calls.
No industry experience is required — we’re looking for the right attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn. Full training and long-term career development are provided.
You’ll follow a structured onboarding and training programme, including:
A full sales induction
A supportive ‘Graduation Bay’ to practise live sales
Team-based and 1-to-1 coaching
Ongoing training as you progress in the role
Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B customer accounts
Make a high volume of outbound calls (typically 50+ per day)
Create and deliver competitive quotes to win business
Process orders and deliveries using our CRM system
Provide after-sales support and build long-term client relationships
Work towards clear KPIs and revenue targets
Experience from any KPI-driven environment (sales, retail, hospitality, call centre, recruitment, etc.)
Confidence communicating over the phone
Comfortable working towards targets
Competitive, motivated, and eager to learn
Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus, not essential)
