A leading Fleet Services company in Leeds seeks a Sales Team member who is a great communicator and eager to learn. You'll make around 80 outbound calls a day, engaging with businesses about their fuel needs and presenting suitable solutions without a script. Responsibilities include logging conversations in our CRM and building your confidence in sales. This role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commission, sociable hours, and perks such as 25 annual leave days and free breakfast.
We\'re Motia. We help businesses fuel their fleets - and we\'re growing fast. Right now, we\'ve got space on our Sales Team for someone who\'s curious, confident on the phone, and ready to learn. This is a phone-based role. You\'ll be speaking to new customers, finding out what they need, and showing them how our fuel cards and services can help. You won\'t be reading from a script - you\'ll be learning how to listen, ask the right questions, and offer the right solution.
Please note, this is an office based role and our Leeds office is on Lawnswood Business Park, LS16 6QY. We are recruiting for our intake on 2nd March 2026.
If you\'ve worked in sales before, great. If not, that\'s fine too - many of our best reps hadn\'t either.
