A leading energy management company in Greater London is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager. This role involves overseeing daily office operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and managing vendor relationships. Yearly salary 42,000.00 GBP - 49,000.00 GBP
You’ll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the office environment while ensuring all facilities services are delivered to a high standard. Reporting to the Global HR Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, HR, vendors, and building management to create a safe, efficient, and well‑run workplace.
Alongside core office management responsibilities, you’ll lead on facilities operations, health & safety compliance, vendor and contract management, and support wider property and ESG initiatives from a global perspective. This role suits someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable balancing operational detail with strategic oversight—someone who takes pride in creating a professional, welcoming, and well‑managed working environment!
