Job summary

A leading financial services firm is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Greater London. This role is focused on enhancing the customer journey and managing client relationships to drive engagement and usage of analytical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience in sales or account management. Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in financial services or account management.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems is advantageous.
