Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience as a Technical CSM or similar.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud software solutions and data governance.
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage enterprise customer relationships and drive adoption of Reltio products.
  • Document customer success plans and track progress against milestones.
  • Facilitate meetings and capture customer outcomes using our product.
