Job summary

A SaaS technology company is seeking a Client Success Manager in London to ensure the success of Enterprise customers by managing post-sale experiences and driving high-value relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SaaS customer success, a Bachelor's degree, and exceptional communication skills. You will act as the primary contact for customer queries, advocating internally while balancing customer needs with business objectives. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in post-sales customer-facing roles in enterprise SaaS businesses, ideally in Customer Success Management.
  • Strong understanding of computer networking and application security.
  • Experience with customer negotiations and handling difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the success of Cloudflare’s Enterprise customers post-sale.
  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries.
  • Drive revenue retention through quarterly reviews and demonstrating product value.
