A community organization in England seeks a Senior Project Lead to provide training and support to Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations. The role focuses on developing training content and delivering workshops while engaging with various stakeholders. Candidates should have strong project management and interpersonal skills, commitment to Aboriginal culture, and a CertIV in Training and Assessment. This fixed-term full-time position offers a salary between $119,089.36 and $124,065.76 plus benefits.
The Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency (VACCA) is an Aboriginal Community-Controlled organisation that supports and advocates for the Aboriginal Community and is the largest organisation of its kind in Australia. The focus of this role is to utilise VACCA’s experience, internally and to other Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCOs) currently or in future taking on Aboriginal Children in Aboriginal Care (ACAC) and Community Protecting Boorais (CPB) projects. This role will leverage VACCA’s policy, program, practice & legal knowledge to provide training and support to the ACCOs. Specifically it will develop and deliver content and training.
Valid Police Check, a Working with Children’s Check for a paid employee (or willingness to obtain) and a Victorian Driver Licence. Current COVID-19 vaccination (Strongly Recommended)
