Qualifications

• Previous experience as a head host/hostess or reception supervisor is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of floor operations is essential.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead the host team, maintaining high standards and maximizing bookings.
• Resolve or escalate issues and complaints when necessary.
• Manage bookings and inquiries using SevenRooms.
• Onboard and train new hosts, supporting floor managers with rota scheduling.
• Support the Events Team in managing inquiries for private hire and events.
