A high-growth eCommerce business in Birmingham seeks a Performance Marketing/ Paid Media Executive to optimize paid media activities across platforms like Google Ads and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in performance marketing and a strong understanding of PPC and data analysis tools. Performance Marketing/ Paid Media Executive
Location: Birmingham (office-based)
Employment Type: Full-time, in-house
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
We're supporting a high-growth UK eCommerce business that has scaled rapidly over a short period of time and continues to outperform the market through data-led decision-making and performance-focused marketing.
The business has achieved consistent year-on-year revenue growth and is investing heavily in its in-house marketing capability. This is an opportunity to join a commercially driven team at a key stage of its growth journey, with genuine scope to make an impact and progress quickly.
You'll support the execution and optimisation of paid media activity across multiple performance channels, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others where relevant.
This is a hands-on role for a data-driven performance marketer who enjoys improving ROAS, reducing CPA, and driving scalable, profitable growth through paid acquisition.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and wider digital teams, you'll help ensure campaigns deliver measurable commercial results.
