A growing service company in Belfast is seeking an enthusiastic Helpdesk Administrator to provide first line support, ensuring efficient communication and high service standards for clients and internal teams. Overview of the Role:
Due to continued business growth and new client opportunities, we are seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused Helpdesk Administrator to join our team. The sucessful candidate will play a key role in providing first line support, ensuring efficient communication, and maintaining high service standards for both clients and internal teams. Please note that this is a Customer Services position, not an IT.
Working hours:
This role is being offered on a full-time basis, however part-time hours will be considered for the right candidate
Monday – Thursday 8am-5pm
Friday 8am-4pm
Generous salary, dependent on experience and qualifications
