Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office in particular Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for client queries.
  • Accurately input and manage data within a live client database.
  • Provide administrative support for engineers and contractors.
  • Monitor and help maintain service levels and performance KPIs.
  • Allocate and schedule response calls.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
