Job summary

A leading HR consulting firm in Leeds is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor for a full-time, office-based role. This position involves managing day-to-day employee relations activities, providing sound advice, and contributing to continuous improvement within the HR team. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in an advisory role, a strong understanding of employment law, and excellent organizational skills. A CIPD Level 5 qualification or above is highly desirable.
