Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in a similar HR advisory role.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience of HR principles and their application.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations cases including investigations and grievance processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records on our HR system, Workday.
• Deliver or coordinate training to enhance employee capability.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong organisational and administrative abilities

Working knowledge of employment law and HR policies

Ability to handle confidential information

Experience managing ER cases

Education

HR qualification (or working towards CIPD)

CIPD qualification (Level 5)
