Job summary

A leading technology firm in the United Kingdom is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to provide guidance on ER issues. In this role, you will coach and support managers through grievances and performance management while advising on best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of UK employment law and a CIPD Level 5 qualification, alongside at least 5 years of HR experience in a corporate environment. This position ensures compliance and aids managers in handling various employee relations matters effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification required.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Advisor or HR Generalist is necessary.
  • Experience in corporate HR functions is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Coach managers on employee relations issues.
  • Support documentation for HR activities.
  • Identify ER trends and recommend solutions.
  • Answer employee queries on HR policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee information.
