Job summary

A well-established HR consultancy is seeking a capable Employee Relations Partner to provide expert advice and coaching in employee relations. In this role, you’ll manage a diverse caseload, support litigation processes, and enhance organizational capability. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of employment law, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience managing complex ER cases. This full-time position is based in the United Kingdom with a competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex ER cases, either in a specialist ER role or as an HR generalist.
• Confidence managing litigation processes and negotiating with external parties.
• Ability to influence, educate and build capability within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert ER advice, guidance, and coaching to people leaders.
• Manage a varied caseload, including complex and high-risk cases.
• Support litigation processes and work closely with stakeholders.
